Madill Basketball Takes Down Tishomingo Twice Tuesday

The Madill girls basketball team beat Tishomingo 54-52 Tuesday night and the Madill boys claimed a 42-30 victory.

With the girls score tied 52-all, Madill’s Aubrie Cantrell drove the lane was fouled and then sank two free throws with two seconds left in the game for the Lady Cats’ victory. 

The boys went on a 15-3 run in the game’s final 4:25 to in win over Tishomingo. River Shaw broke the tie on a layup and Ethan Wilkerson slammed the ball on a breakaway with 4:15 left to fuel the Madill game-clinching run.
