The Madill boys basketball team battled with the Comets in a tight game and eventually pulled away for the third win over the Comets this season to move to 10-2. Ethan Wilkerson and RJ Morris scored in double figures for the Wildcats. Wilkerson put up 15 points and Morris added a dozen. Brylan James had five points. River Shaw had four points. Stephen Sisco collected two points. The ‘Cats had a 23-19 edge at the half.

The Lady Wildcats were paced by Luciana Douglass’ 12 points. All of Haylee Elkins’ five points came in the second stanza. Kenzie Mathis added a three-point basket and Lauren Landgraf threw in three free throws in the effort for Madill.
