Pre-Game

The Madill football team puts a wrap on the 2024 campaign with a visit to Bethany Nov. 8. The ‘Cats look to close the season with a district win. They are coming off a loss to defending state champion Blanchard last week. In contrast, Bethany beat Tecumseh last Friday and sits alone in third among district combatants. The top four teams in each district enter the playoffs.

Madill has met Bethany six times since 1953 and the ‘Cats are 1-5 in that span. The lone victory came in 2009 when Madill won 17-10 enroute to a perfect regular season and district championship.
