Madill’s band received a superior rating in sight reading and an excellent rating for stage performance.

Kingston 15, Madill 0 baseball final

Madill High School on a  spring weekend is awash with activities. This weekend is no different. The Madill band plays at the state contest in Ada Thursday. They warm up at 11:20 a.m., play at 11:45 a.m. and do a sight reading at 12:10 p.m.  The softball team is scheduled to host Marietta on Thursday on Tom Reynolds Field at 4:30 p.m.. The baseball team begins the Kingston Tournament by playing the Redskins at noon Thursday.

There is a distance learning day for Madill Friday. The track team runs at the Marietta meet Friday starting with the field events at 9:30 a.m. The soccer team travels Friday to face Santa Fe South with junior varsity beginning at 4 p.m. The baseball team continues play in the Kingston tourney on Friday with  a possible contest Saturday. The prom is Saturday night in the Wildcat Den. Promenade will begin at 6:30 .
