Wildcat Weekend: 'Cats Active in Plethora of Arenas

The Wildcats have returned to school and that means a plethora of activities this weekend. The softball team picked up a 6-3 victory over Marietta Thursday night in the Tishomingo tournament. Madill has won three consecutive games by defeating Ardmore 12-2 and beating Durant JV 9-5 Friday night.

The softball squad faces Tishomingo on Saturday at 1:55 p.m.

The football team hosts Tecumseh tonight inside Blake Smiley Stadium on Alumni Field. The freshmen begin at 5:30 p.m. with the varsity to follow. They are accepting donations of laundry detergent and will have shopping carts set out to receive those. The cheerleaders are selling shirts for $20. Order forms are in the school offices. The cheerleaders will be at the scrimmage tonight. 

The cross country teams have a practice meet tomorrow in Ardmore at 8 a.m.

Madill athletics all-sport passes are available for purchase. Each pass is $50 and can be bought from the middle school office. 

The Madill Event Center is open for classes.
