This weekend slate in full for Madill High School students. The softball team is in action at the Sulphur tournament April 4-6. They suffered a 21-8 loss to Byng and the Lady ‘Cats play Friday afternoon at 12:30.
The girls golf team combined to shoot a team total of 496 at the Sulphur tournament Thursday. Belen Moreno led the Lady Wildcats with a 115. Bethani Phillips carded a 122, Molly Coleman completed the day with a 125, Madison Grant shot 134 and Bethany Effinger finished with a 135.
The jazz band is having a SCOBDA event Thursday.
The baseball team plays at Davis at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

The soccer teams welcome Ada for a match at Blake Smiley Stadium Friday night. The varsity girls match starts at 5:30 p.m.The junor varsity match was canceled.
The state speech contest is April 5-6 in Norman. The community is planning a send-off route from 5th Avenue to Lillie Boulevard down to the Square. The speech team leaves Friday at 8:30 a.m.
The Madill FFA holds the 67th annual rodeo Friday and Saturday night at 8. Tickets are $8 in advance or $10 at the gate at the Round-Up Club Arena on Highway 70 between Madill and Kingston.
Rodeo queen contestants are Ashlynn Arnold, Maryjane Goodwin, Shyann Owens and Jannah Reid.
