Golf Teams Compete in Conference Tourney Wednesday; Jones Finishes Fifth Overall for Boys

The Madill golf teams competed at the Lake Country Conference tournament Wednesday at Falconhead. The boys combined for a score of 363. Casey Jones’ 84 earned him fifth place overall. The girls turned in a composite total of 482.

Britton Goss finished with an 89. Jacob Massey completed the LCC with a 93, Ezekiel Fuentes carded a 97, and Ian Zang finished with a 102 for the boys.

The Lady Wildcats were paced by Bethani Phillips’ 118. Bethany Effinger wrapped the day with a 119. Belen Moreno posted a 120, Molly Coleman carded a 125 and Maddison Grant had a 139 for the day.
