The Madill softball varsity squad fought tough, but could not overcome Bridge Creek’s offensive production at the plate Monday night on the road. The Lady ‘Cats fell 8-0 and 12-0.
Peyton Ardnold was 3-for-3 from the dish in game one. Mia Beason added two hits, including a double. McKenzie Reed, and Emilie Johnson had one hit.
Reed struck out one Lady Bobcat in the first contest.
Johnson collected the lone hit for Madill in the second game Monday. Arnold tossed one strikeout in game two from the pitching circle.
They host Thackerville Tuesday at Tom Reynolds Field.
