The Madill Lady ‘Cats varsity softball season ended Monday night with an 8-0 loss to the Ardmore Tigers on the road. Madill was part of the Lady Tigers’ pink-out night to honor those that have battled cancer and remembering those that have been lost to cancer.
“You know it can always have been a better season or a better career...but if one thing-just one thing come out of it that is a positive result on someone's life it is all worth it...life may not be the party we hoped for, but h--- while we are here we might as well dance... that's how I see life we go through peaks and valleys -balls and strikes -laugh and cry -we just have to make the best of the cards you are dealt- that's my life I've had some really good players and I've had some not so good ones ... I just hope that I have the opportunity one day to run across one who comes up to me and tells me I made a difference in their life!,” Madill softball head coach Randy Rushing said via text Monday night.
