Several Wildcats Named All-District for Football for 4A-2 in 2019

Several Madill football players have been named all-district for 4A-2 this season.

Asa Robertson was named athlete of the year. Linebacker EJ Holliday and running back John Venable made the first team. 

Offensive linemen Braden Herndon, Riggin Melton and Chris Taylor, linebacker Hunter Elkins, wide receiver Cole Selvy, defensive back Ryan Shahan and and running back Mateo Fajardo earned a spot on the second team. Honorable mentions came for defensive end Dillon Carter, wide receiver Lolo Ortega and running back Jarod Fields.

Bret McDaniel and Coty Tweedy received special recognition as injured athletes from the season.
