Speech Team Reaches First in Champs Division, Third in Sweepstakes in Comanche

Madill’s speech team took first place in the champs division in the Comanche qualifying tournament Saturday. They also earned third place in 4A sweepstakes.

Sweety Patel won first in the champs domestic extemporaneous category. Rayne Adams won the champs monologue category. Macy Patton took first in the champs original oratory division. Payton Marshall was second in champs poetry. Lillian Johnston took second in the champs standard oratory class. Adams secured second in the champs humorous interpretation. Patel earned third in the champs standard oratory class. Fred Huebsch earned third in the champs humorous interpretation division. 

Samantha Hunt was third in poetry. Sierra Whitaker was third in prose. Olivia Glaze and Parker Savage teamed up for third in the humorous duet category.

Gracie Hartin earned third in novice humorous interpretation and Castleberry was second in humorous interpretation.
