District Teacher of Year to be Announced at Game Tuesday

Madill Schools will recognize site teachers of the year and announce the district teacher of the year Tuesday night at halftime of the Madill-Sulphur varsity girls basketball game inside the Wildcat Fieldhouse.

Site teachers of the year include Lynise Parrish of the early childhood center, elementary’s Malorie Estes, Randy Rushing from the middle school and Sharon Boyd representing the high school. These site representatives were chosen by a vote of the faculty in early January and and a final district vote was completed Jan. 31.

Halftime of the girls contest will occur at about 7 p.m. on Feb. 4.
