Madill Alum Keith Long Discusses School Days, Sports, Career on Video

Keith Long stopped by the school on Wednesday to discuss his time as a student at Madill High School, playing sports and establishing a family and career in Madill. He played football, basketball and ran track for MHS. He served in the Army and graduated from Oklahoma State University. He owned his own auto supply store in Madill for 44 years. His wife, Margaret Long, is a reading specialist at the Madill Early Childhood Center. 

This month marks the 60^th anniversary of the Madill boys basketball team claiming the Class B state championship in 1960. Long talks about that team’s players and accomplishments.

He also points out the value of education and health care in a strong community.
