Madill Softball Team Starts Year with Huge Wins in Hugo Monday; Watch on Demand

The Madill softball team began the year Monday with two huge wins in Hugo. Abbey Tiernan and Myrissa Bowermaster each added a home run for the Lady Wildcats. Madill took the first game 15-7 over Hugo and concluded the day with a 16-5 victory against Boswell.

The first game saw Madill plate seven runs in the opening inning, add three more in the second and four in the fourth to secure the eight-run win.

Jaeda Townsend, Abbey Tiernan, Kristen Chapa, Kenzie Reed, Myrissa Bowermaster and Krislyn Anderson all had multiple hits on the day. Jackie had key hits. Peyton Arnold played solidly at first base. Aubrey and Alyssa Cantrell, Skylin Gray, Brayleigh Thompson and Beth Coleman all contributed in victory.
