Softball Drops District Game on Road Tuesday; Frosh Football Team Falls to Lone Grove

The Madill softball team lost two district games at Blanchard on Tuesday, 10-0 and 13-1. The freshman football team fell 48-6 to Lone Grove at home.

Emilie Johnson and Jaeda Townsend each had a hit in the 13-1 loss for the Lady Wildcats. Maryn Mancini struck out a Lady Lion in that contest.

Dez Kerley picked up the lone hit for Madill in the 10-0 setback. Mancini struck out one from the circle. Click for gamechanger account of softball games

Bode Shahan caught a touchdown pass from quarterback Caden McHatton for Madill’s only score in the football loss to the Longhorns.
