The Madill football team welcomes the Kingston Redskins to Blake Smiley Stadium on Friday (Oct. 30). The Redskins are perfect on the year so far at 8-0 with a 5-0 mark in district play and sit alone atop the league. Kingston is ranked No. 6 in Class 3A. This game marks the first time since 2001 that they have been district opponents. These two teams last played in 2017, a 23-17 victory for the Wildcats. The OSSAA state cross country meet scheduled for Saturday (Oct. 31) has been postponed to Wednesday (Nov. 4) at Edmond Santa Fe High School. The Class 4A portion of the meet begins at 11:30 a.m. for the girls and 11:50 a.m. for the boys. Madill’s girls are No. 6 and the boys are No. 7 in Class 4A heading into the final race of the season.
