Madill senior Elissa Neese has signed to cheer at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee. A ceremony was held Thursday morning in the fine arts building lobby. Neese cheered for the Wildcats, played slow-pitch softball and was in the band.
“I just really liked the atmosphere and like the team,” Neese said of selecting OBU. “And it was just something I really wanted to do.”
The senior class salutatorian plans to major in biology and then transfer to the University of Okalhoma for medical school.
