October Blood Drive Presented by Student Council

The Madill High School student council presented a blood drive inside the library conducted by the Oklahoma Blood Institute Wednesday that drew 50 donors.

“We didn't quite reach our goal but we got really close which is great,”  Madill student council sponsor Molly Raley said. “The students of Madill are so willing to give and it is so humbling to see. I am so proud of them and the things that they accomplished today. “

According to OBI senior account manager Michelle McGuire, a total of 57 signed up to give on Wednesday.

“We are so grateful for the support of Madill HS in the mission of saving local lives ! We are extremely grateful to our donors and our Student Council for working hard in saving local lives," McGuire said.
