Hi I am Emily Burns. This is my first year teaching. I graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Elementary Education degree in December of  2018. I have been married to Tucker Burns for two years. I have a sister, Molly Coleman, that is a sophomore at MHS. She is envolved in the Madill Band and Golf team. I am the daughter of William and the late Joyce Coleman. I graduated from MHS in 2014. Tucker and I have one pet, a blue heeler named Amos. I am excited to get this 2019-2020 school year started. 

When I am not teaching 1^st grade I love to hang out with my family and friends. I love to dress up and accessorize all my outfits. I also work at Amazing Grace Boutique on the side.
