Choctaw Nation High School Student Services (HSSS) program: Students may apply online by filling out the online application through the Chahta Achvffa portal located at Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma or by clicking this link Chahta Achvffa Portal.  If the student is below the age of 18, the parent/legal guardian must sign the form.  Once they are in the portal, they will want to choose the Student Record Release icon.
