NOTICE:  All JOM students must have proof of Tribal Membership (card, letter, or certificate) and a completed Indian Student Eligibility Certification Form (ED 506 Form) on file with the Indian Education coordinator in order to receive  JOM services, including school supplies. 

NOTICE:  All Title VI students must have a CDIB card (for themselves, a parent, or grandparent) and a completed Indian Student Eligibility Certification Form (ED 506 Form) on file with the Indian Education coordinator in order to receive Title VI services.

Indian Education after-school tutoring will begin in September for the 2025-2026 school year.  General information and tutoring applications will be available soon!
